Alice Gertrudis King Kleberg

Thank you for your interest in the King Ranch Family Trust. We primarily fund 501(c)(3) organizations that provide education, healthcare and support or care of needy persons in Kingsville and the counties where King Ranch’s home ranches operate, including Brooks, Jim Wells, Kenedy, Kleberg and Willacy counties.

How to Apply

If you believe your project falls within our scope, we invite you to submit a grant request in advance of our April 1 deadline. It would be helpful for you to address the following questions:

  • What is the specific challenge addressed by your project?

  • How will you address this challenge?

  • Who will be served?

  • What is the projected cost of the project?

  • How do you plan to measure outcomes of this project?

In addition, please provide a brief overview of your organization including its history and infrastructure, along with current board members, and current financial information including the proposed budget for your specific project. We will also need documentation confirming your organization’s non-profit status as a 501(c)(3) organization.

Organizations seeking funding for the first time are encouraged to keep their initial request below $10,000. Funding may also be subject to completion of a site visit and interview.

All grant applications should be submitted to King Ranch Family Trust, P.O. Box 1418, Kingsville, Texas 78364-1418 or via email to krft1944@gmail.com.
